Welcome! Unearthing Artistry was created when my young son fell in love with excavation kits. We discovered that the kits sold in stores were expensive for the items they contained, and either too easy or too difficult for the kids to complete. I wanted to find a good alternative and thus, Unearthing Artistry was born.
It took many months to discover a good formulation that was kid safe, not too difficult or too easy, that also wasn't a total nightmare to clean up. All of our kits are made with plaster and sand with a small amount of glitter that can easily be swept up or vacuumed away when done.
What is an Excavation Dig Kit?
Excavation Dig Kits can be completed by kids and adults alike. These kits come with all the items needed to dig out the treasures that are found within the kit. Each kit comes with a mini shovel, a wooden hammer, and a brush to clear away the debris as you practice your archaeology skills to excavate out the treasures of your choice. There are many different choices here at Unearthing Artistry for you to get the kit that intrigues you. We do offer custom options for our kits as well.
